If you look at my experience, and wonder why on earth I now work as a janitor / carpenter. That’s pretty simple. I had to take a break from high-stress desk jobs and get a low stress and active job. The high stress and many hours of sitting staring into a monitor was making me ill.

The job was meant to be short term. But I love it so much that I am still there.
